At Klarity Kosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty journey; however, due to the hygienic nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the sealed product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original primary packaging and shipping box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse verifies the item's condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
